For the fourth time, talent scout Carlo Wijnands made a selection of the very best work by students taking fashion degree programmes in the Netherlands. For this edition of Modefabriek, he has organised an exhibition of the very best work by second and third-year students from the WDKA, Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.
