Beata Guzinska at FASHIONCLASH Maastricht 2012

One of the most striking collections that I encounterd this year is this one by Beata Guzinska. She presented it at FASHIONCLASH Maastricht 2012. With this collection she shows a strong massage about the world by bringing the world together...and this exactly what fits to FASHIONCLASH ideal. Creating a clash with disciplines, cultures, worlds, people and so on.

Collection 'I am off to Dalston' is inspired by Dalston Market in London. Resembling robes, bit archaic costume, though economical in form, significantly distinguished by colour and religious motifs. BEATA GUZINSKA's collection is mainly a collection for men created and based on fabrics from various places around the world ie. Ghana, Jamaica, Nigeria and many others.

Guzinska is born in Konin (Poland). Now she lives and works in London where she is creating unique fashion items. Guzinska's career started when she presented her collection in the Polish contest 'Off Fashion' in Kielce in 2011.

Beata Guzinska is a  finalist of OFF FASHION-KIELCE-POLAND, NEW LOOK DESIGNER-WARSAW-POLAND and AFRICA TOP DESIGNER-LONDON-UK.
