TROPHY ROOM by Fabian von Spreckelsen

In 'Trophy Room' Fabian von Spreckelsen showcased a series of steel objects inspired by animals. The characteristics of the animal silhouettes are expressed in abstract and geometric shapes, creating timeless objects that feel like a trophy for the mystic power of the animal.

 'The choice of steel is both to celebrate the strength of animals and to emphasize their transience. In an analogy to the harsh environment conditions within the natural habitat; light, water and air determine the appearance of the material. Moreover, once perished as object, the steel provides new sustenance for the soil from which it came.
