Elena Spasovska“The Old World” collection (fall/winter 2013/14) is a subtle mix of opposites, based on reality and fantasy, tenderness and strength, childhood memories and uncertainty of the future.
My inspiration is a reflection of the image of the old world on reality. The organic shapes, textures, and colors in nature were my basis for each model. High quality materials are composed into sculpturally complex models. The layeredness of the clothing and the combination of different prints and textures give an architectural value to each piece. The collection is designed for urban and modern women who are brave enough to introduce new combinations of different prints, materials, and textures in their style – fashion lovers whose everyday style borders with progressiveness.
