Rick Owens - Fall 2019

For the fall 2019 collection, Rick Owens collaborated with the 18-year-old Salvia, a Vogue-profiled Instagram star who typically applies her skills to herself, posting eccentric images with additional digital manipulation. Rick Owens models appeared with face-modification makeup created by Salvia presenting a dark and alternative idea of beauty.

Perfection in a Box by Fenna Rierink

Fenna Rierink is a graphic designer who graduated from ABK Maastricht this summer.
She has researched the unrealistic beauty ideals provided by the contemporary media. To express  this issue she made a beauty box that contains tools that can be used to obtain desired perfection.
When in use one can discover that this picture perfect from our media isn't that perfect after all.
