La Fille d'O by Lonneke van der Palen for Blend

My friend Lonneke van der Palen is a very promising photographer. Few weeks ago she did a shoot for La Fille d’O lingerie label for Blend Magazine and the pictures are just stunning. She's the one to watch.

Read more about La Fille d'O and interview with its founder Murielle Scherre here: http://www.blend.nl/la-fille-do/

Gori de Palma at Runway Malta

Gori de Palma is originally from Mallorca but currently based in Barcelona. He started his career restoring cars and motorbikes but then moved to fashion in 2004. Pretty successful career switch I would say. At Runway Malta he presented s/s 2012 collection 'Very short song', which explores the world of lingerie while questioning the boundaries of inner and outer garments. The story of the collection is based on poet, critic, feminist and activist Dorothy Parker, who was also known for her problems with alcohol and open sexuality.
