Gerrit Rietveld Academy Fashion Show 2013

On Friday, June 14th the Gerrit Rietveld Academy presented their annual fashion show. Especially for the occasion, the Paradiso music temple was converted into a spectacular show location. Niels Klavers, the head of the fashion department presented the six 2013 graduate students and a selection of first and second year students.
The fashion department at the Rietveld Academy trains students to create radical proposals on aesthetics, ethics and social relations. Students are challenged to take a confident position, autonomous and in dialogue with the contemporary topics.

Six graduates of Gerrit Rietveld Academy are:
Charlotte Beeck, Tümay Faydaci, Alla Kuzmyk, Duran Lantink, Verena Michel and Niki Milioni.

Gerrit Rietveld Academy graduation exhibition will take place from July 3 to 7 at the G.R. Academy. About 200 art and design students will present their work.
