Nominees for the '
FASHIONCLASH Shoe Design Challenge powered by Invito' are announced this morning at Rokin 75 in Amsterdam. The jury consisting of FASHIONCLASH team, Bas Kosters and Invito has selected 11 progressive designs.
11 nominated designers are: Malou Fool, Marleen Huijsmans, Lotte van de Laar, Julia Skergeth, Judith van Vliet, Wendy van den Ham, Chris van den Elzen, Sarah El Mahi, Milou van den Berg, Monique Schraven and Milou Hillegers.
The nominees will now develop their shoe ideas further in the coming months. In this process they will be coached by a professional team consisting of Nienke Rutting (Brandmanager Invito), Fer van der Pas (marketing director and E-commerce Macintosh) and Ingrid Weijer Manager Corporate Responsibility & Innovation of Macintosh).
As of September 14, the designs can be seen at the Museum aan het Vrijthof during two weeks. During the finale in October, the final three winners will be announced by the judges (FASHIONCLASH team, Bas Kosters and Jasper Den Hartog) and one or more winning designs will be taken into production.
